Biography

Mr. Ocampo established Ocampo & Manalo Law Firm and presently directs its corporate law and commercial litigation division. His focus areas include mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, corporate finance, and insolvency matters. He brings more than three decades of professional experience to complex international commercial transactions and dispute resolution.
